Grier Summer Camps for Girls

Where we Sleep

DormsGirls at Grier Summer live in dormitory rooms. There are two campers in each room, and a private bathroom connects every two rooms. Dormitory rooms are equipped with a set of bunk beds, dressers, closets, and desks. Campers are grouped according to age and assigned to a unit of 6 or 8 campers. Two staff members live on the hall with each unit. Counselors assure that campers maintain good hygiene and cleanliness. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of the dormitory building, and counselors assist campers with laundry as necessary. Administrative staff perform daily room inspections, and the unit with the cleanest rooms wins a special prize at the end of the session.
